Benedict grad named director of education center
Terrence Gilmore, a native of Santee, has been named the director of Saint Leo University's Shaw Education Center in Sumer. Gilmore graduated from Benedict in 2002.
USC welcomes 7,700 freshmen and transfer students
The university's freshman class has the highest test scores and grade-point average in history. While a record 4,350 students are in-state, 44 states and 35 countries are represented. Benedict College welcomed 700 new students.
