CBRE has arranged the sale of Harbison Center, a Total Wine and Rooms To Go-anchored community center at 275 Harbison Boulevard in Columbia, SC. CBRE National Retail Partners’ Charlotte-based team of Mike Burkard and Steve Shields exclusively represented the seller, TriGate Capital of Dallas, TX. The property was purchased by Los Angeles-based LBX Investments.
Harbison Center is a 187,974-sq.-ft. retail center located in the heart of a 3.2 million-sq.-ft. regionally-dominant shopping hub of Columbia. The center is adjacent to the area’s top regional mall, Columbiana Centre, with convenient access to Interstates 26 and 77. Harbison Center includes a diverse anchor line-up of destination retailers like Total Wine, Rooms To Go, Crunch Fitness, 2nd & Charles and The Tile Shop.
“Harbison Center was one of the first commercial centers to be built on Harbison Boulevard in 1988 and helped establish the corridor as the premier retail submarket in Columbia.
