Colliers International South Carolina professionals promoted to Senior Brokerage Associate

Columbia, SC – Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce that four brokerage associates have received promotions to Senior Brokerage Associate: Brantley Anderson, Danny Bonds, Brockton Hall and Philip Vann.

Anderson is an office specialist in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market, working with landlords, purchasers and tenants in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of office space. Anderson was originally hired by Colliers five years ago as a property marketing specialist, and she has utilized those creative skills to provide effective solutions for rebranding and repositioning her office clients’ assets. She has been named a Top Producer for Colliers | South Carolina in 2016 and 2017 and was a CoStar Power Broker for both office leasing and sales transactions for those two years as well.

Bonds is a retail expert whose specialty is the leasing of neighborhood shopping centers in the Columbia market and beyond. Bonds has assisted many national tenants in their first introduction to the Columbia area, including Starbucks, Panera Bread and Chipotle. He has also been involved in the redevelopment and Trenholm Plaza and the Forest Acres Shopping Center, both now prominent shopping destinations. He was a named a CoStar Power in 2017 for retail leasing transactions.

Hall, a member of the Upstate industrial team, specializes in representing industrial landlords and occupiers. Hall is a key advisor on industrial projects throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson region, helping occupiers, developers and investors with industrial-related issues. He was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2017 for industrial leasing transactions, and Colliers | South Carolina has awarded him the 2017 Rising Star Award, Top Producer Awards in 2017 and 2018, and the 2018 Transaction of the Year Award.

Vann is a member of the Columbia office brokerage team, specializing in tenant advisory and occupier services, including lease/sale transactions, site selection, solicitation and analysis of proposals from landlords, integrated space planning, tenant improvement allowances, and post-contract follow-up. In 2017, Vann was the recipient of the Judith M. Davis Volunteer of the Year Award from the United Way of the Midlands.
