Construction begins on the Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Center

On Wednesday, October 10, Girl Scouts of South Carolina-Mountains to Midlands will join Columbia Mayor Steve Benjamin, business leaders and Girl Scouts from across the region in celebrating the start of construction on the Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Center.
