Cynthia Durham Blair Elected President of ALTA

Columbia, SC – October 16, 2018 – The law firm of Blair Cato Pickren Casterline is pleased to announce that Cynthia Durham Blair has been installed president of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) for the 2018-2019 year.

Cynthia Blair is very active in the real estate industry. She serves on the Board of Governors and is the current President of the American Land Title Association (ALTA). Additionally, she serves on numerous committees and task forces of ALTA, all for the improvement of the real estate title and settlement industry. She has served as officer and director of both the Palmetto Land Title Association and the Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Columbia. Blair is a past-chair of the Real Estate Section Council of the South Carolina Bar. She is also a licensed instructor of continuing education for real estate agents in South Carolina.
