Liz McCary named Vice President of Marketing for Colliers International South Carolina

Columbia, SC, August 28, 2017 – Liz McCary has been named Vice President, Marketing for Colliers International | South Carolina.

McCary has been with the firm for five years. She is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy to position the company as a leader in the commercial real estate industry. Under her leadership, Colliers’ three offices in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville have rapidly expanded and improved their property marketing capabilities, regularly pitching, winning and executing targeted, well-designed regional, national and international marketing strategies for major properties across South Carolina.

McCary has been recognized by Colliers | U.S. with the “Best New Business Proposal in the Americas” (2015), “Best Market Intelligence Initiative” (2016) and “Top Marketing Contributor of the Year” (2016). In 2015, she was awarded Colliers | South Carolina’s “President’s Award”. She was also named one of Columbia Business Monthly’s “Best & Brightest” in 2016.

McCary is committed and gives back to her community and her industry, serving on the committee for Colliers | South Carolina’s United Way campaign each year. She has been an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Midlands chapter since 2013, holding several leadership roles and currently serving as President-Elect and Chair of the Community Outreach and Education committee. In 2016, she was one of a select group from the U.S. who participated in and completed CREW Network’s Leadership Certification Program. She is also a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Palmetto chapter, serving on the Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Programs Committee.
