Rhythmlink Named One of the Best Places to Work for Sixth Consecutive Year

COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA – (June 28, 2017) Rhythmlink International, LLC was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for 2017. This twelfth annual program was created by SC Biz News in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.

This program was designed to identify and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.

”Rhythmlink works hard to establish a culture of teamwork, where both our employees and our customers feel valued and heard,” said Michael O’Leary, Chief Operating Officer of Rhythmlink. “It’s an honor to have been named one of the Best Places to Work for the sixth year in a row. This award is a tribute to the commitment and enthusiasm of our employees. They are the greatest asset Rhythmlink has and will continue to drive our success.”

To be considered for the award, companies had to meet eligibility requirements and complete a two-part survey process managed by Best Companies Group. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of a survey to the company’s employees to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, which will be released in August. Companies from across the state entered, resulting in a final list of 70 companies.

The ranked companies will be recognized at a reception and dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 3, 2017, and the rankings will be published in the August 2017 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
