South Carolina’s Largest Contraceptive Access Program Continues to Grow: Choose Well℠ announces new staff positions

Columbia, S.C., February 8, 2019 – Choose Well is pleased to announce it is expanding its staff to better meet growing network needs across the state. Kristi Webb has been named internal communications manager, and Madeline Schimmoeller was promoted to grants coordinator.

Webb will serve as a marketing and education resource for Choose Well’s many clinical partners. Her experience includes providing strategic and advancement planning, operational growth and directional consulting for both healthcare and nonprofit entities. Prior to joining Choose Well, Webb served as practice manager for a 3,000+ patient family medical practice in the Upstate and executive director of The Preservation Trust of Spartanburg, Inc. She has a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.

“Kristi brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit and healthcare management to the team,” said Choose Well Director Stephanie Isaacs. “Her expertise in the coordination of highly diverse, interdisciplinary teams to build collaborative programs will prove invaluable across our partner network.”

As Choose Well’s grant coordinator, Schimmoeller will plan and manage communication and grant compliance for more than 50 Choose Well partners. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.

“Madeline has been a great addition to our team over the past year, and we’re excited about her expanded role in helping our partners through the grant and compliance process,” said Isaacs.

Choose Well is a contraceptive access initiative of New Morning Foundation, a South Carolina-based nonprofit.
