7- Eleven® Hosts First Grand Opening in Lexington, South Carolina
7-Eleven stores re-enter the Lexington market with four new locations by the end of 2019 and additional stores throughout the Columbia market
7-Eleven, Inc., your go-to convenience store, invites Lexington residents to sip, snack and join the fun at its grand opening event between 2-6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6 for its new store at 2374 Augusta HWY. The 7-Eleven location is the market’s first since 2014 and will be operated by Applegreen USA. Following this store opening will be three additional stores in Lexington in 2019, as well as additional stores throughout the Columbia market.
Special store promotions include:
• Product promotions and special giveaways from partners including Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Monster, Miller/Coors, Redbull and more!
• Free food samples and drinks – including a free slice of pizza and free Big Bite Hot Dog®.
• Raffle tickets! The grand prize winner will be chosen at 5 p.m.
At 7-Eleven, convenience may be our focus, but serving is our business. And that business extends beyond our stores into the communities where our customers, employees and Franchisees live, work and play. To celebrate the new store in Lexington, we will:
• Host Lexington High School’s marching band and cheerleaders who will perform between 2-7 p.m.
• Hold a community Ribbon Cutting at 3:30 p.m., with special guests:
o Mayor Steve MacDougall
o Otis Rawl, Lexington Chamber of Commerce
o Darrell Hudson, Lexington County Council
• Present a Project A-Game donation to Lexington High School to support the community’s youth programs.
