82-ROOM WEST COLUMBIA HOTEL SELLS FOR $3.6 MILLION
WEST COLUMBIA, SC, April 28, 2020 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Quality Inn West Columbia, an 82-room hospitality property located in West Columbia, South Carolina, according to Benjamin Yelm, regional manager of the firm’s Charleston office. The asset sold for $3,600,000.
Charleston-based hospitality investment specialists, Jack Davis, Joce Messinger, Josh Williams and Eric Webster had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Davis, Messinger, Williams and Webster also procured the buyer, a private investor.
Quality Inn West Columbia is located at 2516 Augusta Rd in West Columbia, South Carolina. Constructed in 1986 on 1.79 acres along Interstate-26, the property benefits from high traffic counts and close proximity to Lake Murray, the State Capital, University of South Carolina and Columbia International Airport.
