MANNING, S.C., February 2020—Sherry Compton began serving clients through AgentOwned Realty’s Manning office at 401 S. Mill Street last fall. A lifelong resident of Sumter, South Carolina, she draws on her knowledge of the area when helping clients with their real estate needs. Alongside her career in home sales, Ms. Compton runs a Decorating Den Interiors franchise, which was recognized with a Best of Clarendon County Award in 2019. Ms. Compton also stands out as a Tribute to Women in Industry honoree.
Prior to starting her interior design and real estate enterprises, she earned a business degree from the University of South Carolina and worked in manufacturing supply chain management for 25 years.
Passionate about charities for children, including March of Dimes and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Ms. Compton previously served as president of March of Dimes’ Sumter chapter.
