Allied Air Enterprises Announces $35.7 Million Operations Expansion in Orangeburg, South Carolina

Group picWest Columbia, SC – April 19, 2021 – Allied Air Enterprises, a subsidiary of Lennox International, broke ground on its new 405,000-square-foot warehouse located next to their existing 550,000 square-foot building. The new $35.7 million facility at 355 Millennium Drive in Orangeburg, SC will increase the company’s manufacturing, distribution, and storage capabilities. Over 700 South Carolinians are employed with Allied Air Enterprises. Construction of the expanded facility has begun, with plans to be fully operational by the end of 2021.

Orangeburg Mayor Michael Butler, along with Sidney Evering, City Administrator, and representatives from Allied Air Enterprises and Red Rock Developments attended the event.

“The expansion of our operations is a testament to the positive business environment and the dedication of our employees in Orangeburg, South Carolina,” said Joe Nassab, Vice President and General Manager of Allied Air Enterprises. “A key factor in deciding to expand the Allied Air facility has been the outstanding business relationship we have shared with local and state officials since the inception of the plant."
