Ann Begnaud Joins HUB Carolinas Insurance Brokerage as New Personal Lines Practice Leader
November 19, 2018 (Columbia, S.C.) – HUB Carolinas — one of the most prominent insurance, risk services and employee benefits firms in the Southeast headquartered in Columbia, S.C. — recently announced that Ann Begnaud has joined HUB Carolinas as Personal Lines Practice Leader. Anne will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to retain business year over year and drive new business throughout the Carolinas. Begnaud will be based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Most recently, Begnaud served as part of the Signature Client Group at Lockton Companies. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Account Executive at Aon Private Risk Management. Begnaud has more than 15 years’ experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, with a concentration in personal risk.
“The personal lines practice plays a key role in the future success of the Carolinas,” said Mitch Watson, Chief Operating Officer of HUB Carolinas. “As our first dedicated Personal Lines Practice Leader for HUB Carolinas, Ann’s top priority will be to build a personal lines business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of our goals in the areas of client retention, company sales and revenue growth.”
Begnaud holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia. She is a licensed Property, Casualty, Life and Health Broker, and a member of the Private Risk Management Association. Begnaud is also a member of the Junior League of Charlotte.
