The Richland Library Friends and Foundation is currently accepting applications for the 2021 Ethel Bolden Minority Fellowship.

The $3,500 fellowship encourages and provides support to students from underserved and underrepresented ethnic and racial groups who are working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree at any university or college in South Carolina. They must also express an interest in working at Richland Library.

A printable form is available at richlandlibrary.com/apply-ethel-bolden-scholarship, which details specific eligibility, application requirements and requested forms. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, June 15, 2021.

The Ethel Bolden Minority Fellowship aims to recognize Mrs. Ethel Bolden's years of service to the Richland County community and its libraries.
