NEW YORK, NY (APRIL 23, 2018) -- Avon is proud to announce that Irmo, SC resident Pam Heller has been selected to receive the 2018 Avon Woman of Enterprise award, symbolizes the indomitable spirit and success of the honoree. The coveted annual award has become a cherished tradition for Avon Representatives as recipients are nominated by their peers. Pam received the award during a special Gala Recognition Dinner during Avon’s 2018 President's Recognition Program Celebration (PRPC) in Orlando earlier this month.
A South Carolina native, Pam has been an Avon Representative for over 25 years. As an on-the-go Army spouse, Pam sought a career that would allow for flexibility in both schedule and location and has continued to expand her business by building her customer base all over the country. Pam’s key leadership achievements include being ranked in the top 10 nationally for Team Sales, team Representative Growth and Personal Recruiting.
Pam has served on Avon Advisory Councils, has been a featured speaker at Leadership Kickoff, RepFest, and has shared in the company’s commitment in the fight against breast cancer through the sales of pink ribbon products and fundraising events. Now, Pam’s daughter, Jessica, is part of the Avon family as well, and is a successful entrepreneur in her own right: a Gold Leader who has already made her way into President’s Club.
