Columbia, SC December 2, 2019 – Better Business Bureau Serving Central SC and Charleston (BBB), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to focus on advancing marketplace trust, announced that Mr. Tom Moses of Southeast IP Group, LLC has been appointed General Counsel.

Background on Tom Moses
Moses is a registered United States Patent Attorney and member of the State Bar of South Carolina. He received his law degree from the University Of South Carolina School Of Law in 1994, and has practiced in the field of intellectual property law during his entire career. Mr. Moses has worked in both private and corporate practice, routinely representing clients with diverse backgrounds, including individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.
Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Wofford College, and his practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution, administrative proceedings at the USPTO, litigation, licensing, trade secrets, opinion work, and client counseling.
