Carlisle Associates Names Tessa Failor as New Director of Business Development

COLUMBIA, S.C. (January 7, 2020) – Carlisle Associates is pleased to announce that Tessa Failor has been named Director of Business Development.

“We are excited to have Tessa join the team,” said Carlisle Associates President, Gene Resch. “Her background in business development and marketing will make her an asset to Carlisle Associates and we look forward to the potential that she will bring to the company for future growth and development.”

In her new role, Failor will lead the business development strategy for Carlisle Associates. She will also set, implement and manage a new strategic marketing plan to increase awareness of the Carlisle Associates’ brand.

Failor was most recently the Manager of Marketing and Business Development at the Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE). Prior to her work with the airport, she served as a member of the Global Business Development team at the South Carolina Department of Commerce where she worked with international and domestic companies considering South Carolina as a location for expansion.

A native of Columbia, Failor is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. Tessa and her husband, Kellen, a Senior Consultant for CGI Federal, have one daughter and reside in Columbia.
