Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers going up in Anderson
COLUMBIA, South Carolina, July 2, 2019 -- Cason Development Group has begun construction on its first project in Anderson, South Carolina, a new Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers.
The 4428-square-foot building, which includes six service bays, is being built on a 1-acre lot at East Greenville Street/S.C. 81 and Holly Creek Drive next to McDonald’s and across from McCants Middle School, said Frank Cason, owner of Cason Development Group.
Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of this year.
While the project is the first by Columbia-based Cason Development in the Anderson area, Cason already has others in the pipeline in the same area.
