Columbia woman faces charge of operating without a retail license
Misty Rose Belton, 42, was arrested today and charged with operating MA & Associates without a retail license. The S.C. Department of Revenue revoked the business' license on March 17 but found it open and operating on March 25.

Richland County Council approves Penny Tax settlement
The settlement requires no payment by the county to the S.C. Department of Revenue, which had questioned some Penny Tax project spending in a 2017 audit. The agreement also stipulates that the audit found no fraud by the county.
Cayce wins award for use of geospatial technology
