Ashley joins CATIC with nearly ten years of practice experience as a real estate attorney, having served as a partner and managing attorney at several prestigious South Carolina law firms.
Having worked with a diverse group of residential, builder, and REIT/iBuyer clients, Ashley knows what it takes to meet the unique underwriting needs of local South Carolina closing attorneys. His personal knowledge of this expanding market will allow him to provide relevant and timely service to CATIC’s agents, while also helping the company broaden its collective depth of knowledge and experience across the Southeast.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina at Aiken (2004) and the Charlotte School of Law (2014). He is licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
