CBRE has executed the sale of 150 Foster Brothers Drive, a 4,050-sq.-ft. office building within the Lexington County Industrial Park in West Columbia, SC. Updated in 2015, the property was acquired by Palmetto Air & Water Balance, which plans to occupy the building immediately.
CBRE’s Columbia-based Marie Dieckmann represented the seller, Carolina Water Service, Inc., dba Utilities Inc., in the transaction. Palmetto Air & Water Balance was represented by Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners.
