CBRE recently arranged the sale of Harbison Court, a leading value-oriented fashion center anchored by Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls and Ross located in Columbia, South Carolina’s dominant shopping hub.
The Harbison Court offering included 257,816 SF of space and is home to many national tenants including Petco, Five Below, Chipotle, Outback Steakhouse, Shoe Carnival, Tuesday Morning and Dollar Tree. The property was 91% leased at the time of sale.

RVI is an independent publicly traded company trading under the ticker symbol “RVI” on the New York Stock Exchange. RVI is managed by one or more subsidiaries of SITE Centers Corp. (formerly known as DDR Corp.).
The purchaser was Big V Property Group which owns and operates 46 grocery and discount anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers, primarily located throughout the Southeast US.
