The report outlines accomplishments and value City Center Business Improvement District (Main Street District) has provided owners of downtown properties since its establishment in late 2001. Business owners and executives, residents, community leaders, and photos of the Main Street District are featured. Topics include shopping, residential living, and more, highlighting some statistics over the past 18 years, including the following:
