Columbia, SC, May 27, 2020 – Colliers International’s Neel Keenan brokered the sale of 151 Westpark Boulevard to Westpark Realty, LLC for $3,125,000. Keenan represented the seller, L-H Development Partners, LLC.
151 Westpark Boulevard is a 49,450-square-foot office building on 5.27 acres in the Saint Andrews submarket of Columbia. The property is fully leased by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
