Colliers International | South Carolina announces that Debbie Cargill has been promoted to REMS Accounting Supervisor and Melissa Brewington has been promoted to REMS Senior Accountant.
Cargill and Brewington are based in Colliers’ Columbia office but have statewide responsibilities to serve the company’s staff and Real Estate Management Services (REMS) clients in Charleston, Greenville and Spartanburg as well.

Melissa Brewington
As a REMS Accounting Supervisor, Cargill oversees the day-to-day REMS accounting functions and manages all the REMS accountants. She is also responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate holdings managed by Colliers International | South Carolina.
In Brewington’s role as a REMS Senior Accountant, she is responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate holdings managed by Colliers International | South Carolina. She also consults with property owners and investors on accounting matters to assist them in realizing the maximum value of their investments.
