Columbia, SC, July 31, 2019 – Colliers International | South Carolina announced that Mark Burgess, CPA has been promoted to Controller of the firm. As Controller, Burgess manages corporate accounting and supervises the Real Estate Management Services accounting staff.
Additionally, Sonya Ouzts, who has been employed by Colliers since 2015, has been promoted to Accounts Payable/Corporate Accounting Specialist. Ouzts serves as the main intake point for all vendor invoice processing and is responsible for new vendor acceptance and vendor file maintenance, which are key components of Colliers’ overall risk management program.
Burgess and Ouzts are based in Colliers’ Columbia office but have statewide responsibilities to serve the company’s staff and clients in Charleston, Greenville and Spartanburg as well.
