Colliers International’s Paige Bryant represented F45 Training in the search for a Columbia location for their fitness studio, ultimately landing in a ±2,202-square-foot space on an outparcel of Cross Hill Market at 4333 Fort Jackson Boulevard.

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. With over 1,300 locations across the world, F45 offers circuit and high intensity 45-minute workouts and training options that change each day. This will be the franchisee’s fourth location in South Carolina.
