Colliers International’s Philip Vann, CCIM and Tommy Johnson collaborate to bring Highfill Infrastructure Engineering to the Meridian in Downtown Columbia

Colliers International’s Philip Vann, CCIM represented the tenant, Highfill Infrastructure Engineering, P.C., in the lease of a ±1,528-square-foot office suite at the Meridian office tower. Tommy Johnson represented the landlord of Meridian office tower, HPT Sunbelt Portfolio, LLC.

“We were able to assist the tenant in negotiating a lease in a short time frame to allow business continuation,” said Vann. “The lease was executed after state and local governments had suggested work-from-home regulations, but Colliers was able to keep the lease process flowing for our clients.”
