Colliers | South Carolina announces Real Estate Management Services staff promotions

Columbia, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce promotions of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team members in Columbia to Senior Property Managers.

As Senior Property Managers, these professionals have proven experience in all aspects of real estate management services and in leading a team of professionals.

Cheryl Love has over 25 years of experience providing physical and financial management for a variety of property types including Class A office buildings, parking garages, medical and retail properties in Columbia. She holds the CEPSCI (Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector) certification. She is a child sponsor for Compassion International and is active in animal rescue.

Ted Rausch has over 20 years of experience focusing on the management of retail shopping centers and office buildings. He is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), served as the IREM South Carolina Chapter President in 2010 and 2013 and the IREM Regional Vice President from 2018 to 2020. He received the 2013 IREM South Carolina Chapter CPM of the Year Award. He is currently a member at large of the IREM South Carolina Chapter Executive Council and a member of the Rotary Club of Spring Valley.

Beth Smith-Pollom has experience in managing Class A office buildings, parking garages and multiple General Services Administration (GSA) leases in Columbia. She has worked in the property management industry for over 30 years, managing all property types. Smith-Pollom is the Secretary for the St. Andrew’s Chapter of the United Federation of Women.

Steve Toto’s responsibilities include the management of industrial and office properties in the Upstate region of South Carolina. He has over 35 years of experience in property management, operations, security and capital improvements to his role at Colliers. Toto volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and the First Tee Program.

Linda Wheeler brings more than 28 years of property management expertise to her assignments. She has managed all property types with a current focus on office and retail. Wheeler is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation as well as a South Carolina Broker license.

Ron Wilkerson has over 50 years of property management experience managing retail and office. For the past 30 years, he has managed The Federal Aviation Administration Southern Regional Headquarters. He volunteers with the Rainbow Children’s Hospital.
