Colliers | South Carolina hires Matthew Pollard as Senior Brokerage Associate in Columbia office

Columbia, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Matthew Pollard has joined the firm as a Senior Brokerage Associate in its Columbia office.

Pollard will focus on office and medical tenant representation and property acquisition. In this role, he will guide clients through the process of assessing their space needs and then executing leases or the acquisition of properties which will maximize employee productivity and client and patient convenience in the ever-changing office and healthcare markets in Columbia.

Prior to joining Colliers, Pollard had a successful career in banking for over 10 years with the largest family-controlled bank in the United States, primarily in the commercial banking space. He was responsible for building and managing a portfolio with customers and prospects with over $10 million in revenue.

Pollard is a Board Member on Central SC Alliance’s Committee of 100, an Advisory Board Member for Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia and a member of the Capital City Club Rotary. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities, as a site leader for Homeworks of America, as the Legacy Society Vice Chair for United Way of the Midlands and as a Deacon for First Baptist Church of Columbia. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Columbia and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Moore School of Business.
