Columbia Art Center to Celebrate African American Culture in February

WHAT: The Columbia Art Center will celebrate African American history as part of its next installment of its Worlds of Creativity Series on Thursday, February 7.

Celebrate African American culture and history through pottery, art and more. Guests can create their own poetry on pottery with Eboni Ramm and Paul Moore; participate in a sweet grass basket presentation by Mary Graham-Grant; check out paintings from Dominique Hodges; and hear the history of African American music from Preach Jacobs.

The purpose of the monthly cultural arts series is to expose guests to various cultures in the City through art and music.
