Columbia, SC– ACRE Commercial’s first office in South Carolina opens in the state’s capitol making it the Midland's first female owned and operated commercial brokerage firm.
ACRE Commercial Real Estate specializes in full-service commercial real estate services with more than 70 years of combined experience. This boutique brokerage uses extensive market knowledge, a strong network of industry contacts, custom mapping and market analytics, and CRM systems when working daily with specialty retail brands, national tenants, and developers. ACRE Commercial was founded in 2015 in Orlando by managing partners Willow Ferrelli and Sandi Bargfrede, making it the only owned and operated all-women brokerage in the area to date. Since then, ACRE Commercial has expanded to Tampa and Columbia- with future offices on the horizon.
Longtime resident of Columbia and Vice President of Sales and Leasing for ACRE Carolinas, Liz Deese, oversees the Columbia office. Liz’s primary focuses within ACRE Commercial are tenant representation and landlord leasing. She has had a long-standing relationship with the business community of the Carolinas, serving as State Manager for BreakThru Beverage Company and State Account Executive for WayPoint Sales and Marketing, where she managed a portfolio of 26 brands for Sysco Columbia. Liz’s professional experience, persistent work ethic, and market knowledge (both locally and statewide) aid ACRE Commercial in creating and facilitating successful real estate transactions.
Given its central location and enticing retail opportunities, ACRE Commercial believed Columbia was the ideal location for the commercial real estate company’s recent expansion.
