Project description: The 47,000 SF Orangeburg County Library and Conference Center project occupies the site of a former grocery store in downtown Orangeburg. Program elements include collection areas for children and adults, computer training area, art space, gallery/museum space, multi-purpose room, book store, large meeting rooms, outdoor amphitheater, garden area, and fenced-in children’s playground.
