(Cullum), a leading specialty contractor for the Southeastern region, is happy to share that Frank Haynes, a Clemson University Mechanical Engineering graduate, joined Cullum on January 25, 2021 as Assistant Project Manager. Frank’s experience in the mechanical world started at McKenney’s, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, where he served three rotations in their mechanical contracting division. Frank has worked on new construction projects in the past and dealt with a wide range of responsibilities, from purchasing and delivery of equipment and materials to project closeout. Cullum believes his foundation in construction management will seamlessly translate into the fast-paced business of HVAC service and installation projects.

Cullum’s backlog of committed commercial contract work for the Columbia area is proof of growth in new construction, upgrades, and renovations.
