Family Connection of South Carolina (FCSC) is pleased to announce Groucho’s Deli as the presenting sponsor of LOOK!™ 2023.

This year’s LOOK! photography collection will be on exhibit at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. A private reception for photographers, sponsors, and families served will be held on July 30th, 2023. The exhibit will be open to the public through mid-August.

To create the exhibit, professional photographers from across the state volunteer their time to offer individual photo sessions with families who have a child or youth with a disability or chronic health condition. The inspiring photos capture candid moments of the participants doing the things they like to do best.

Deric Rosenbaum of Groucho’s shares why Groucho’s is committed to supporting LOOK! 2023: “As parents in the Columbia community, my wife Melissa and I are proud to be a small part of helping support the efforts of Family Connection and the LOOK! photography exhibit. We hope this event helps our neighbors to pause, reflect, and see disability in a different way. We appreciate what the LOOK! photography exhibit offers and we are honored to support and celebrate the abilities of these amazing youth.”

Amy Holbert, CEO of Family Connection adds: “We are thankful to have Groucho’s Deli as our Presenting Sponsor of LOOK! 2023. Their commitment to help bring this important exhibit to the public helps promote our goals of creating inclusion, equity, and community. The intent of LOOK! is to highlight the beauty and unique abilities of these children and youth who just happen to be living with a disability.”

Additional event sponsors include McGuire Woods Consulting and HealthLinks Magazines. Sponsorship and donation opportunities are available at www.familyconnectionsc.org/look/ or by calling 803-995-1413. Applications for photographers are still being accepted. About Groucho’s Deli:
Harold “Groucho” Miller came to Columbia, South Carolina in 1941 with a handful of original recipes for potato salad, coleslaw, and various salad and sandwich dressings, most of which were thought up during his childhood in a Philadelphia orphanage. These humble beginnings, along with the idea that “quality is the most important ingredient in a sandwich” are only where this story begins. Throughout the generations, Groucho’s Deli has held true to the idea of using only the highest quality products and ingredients, which has, in turn, led Groucho’s® to legendary status. Since Groucho’s first Franchise in Lexington, SC (2000), Groucho’s® has grown into multiple cities across South and North Carolina and Georgia. From Groucho’s humble beginning to expansion into new territories, the goal of each Groucho’s location is to be “Your Neighborhood Deli”.
