Greenview Park will host free Family Tennis Nights as part of the US Tennis Association Southern Region’s initiative aimed at introducing new families to the game of tennis.
Tennis coaches and volunteers will introduce families to tennis through a series of fun activities — including elementary skills like bouncing a ball on a racquet. No tennis experience is required; it is preferred that participants have not played.
All events are free to the public and will be held at Greenview Park, 6700 David St., on the following days:

- Sunday, May 27, 5:30-7 p.m.
- Saturday, June 23, 5:30-7 p.m.
- Friday, July 21, 5:30-7 p.m.
The events are open to children ages 3 and up as well as adults. The first 25 families to register and participate will receive a gift bag. Participants should register at FamilyTennisNight.com.
