Griffin Chophouse, the popular Lexington steakhouse and butcher shop, announced plans to lease & redevelop the former Dark Horse Tattoo building at 4418 Devine Street into its newest Midlands location. The property will undergo extensive renovations to include a new storefront, large outdoor dining area and ample on-site parking.
Award winning Chef Henry Griffin said, “I’m thrilled to bring the chophouse experience to the Devine Street-Cross Hill area, not far from where I grew up, with signature items such as Certified Angus Beef (CAB) dry-aged steaks, a wide array of BBQ, ribs, seafood, and salads, as well as our restaurant’s popular brisket candy.”
Griffin Chophouse Devine will have a full bar and plans to host monthly beer, wine, and liquor pairings in addition to daily lunch specials. Catering services will also be available to serve the robust catering needs of the local business community and private parties.
Demolition and construction are underway, and according to the restaurant, its newest Devine Street location is expected to open its doors in April 2022.
