Scott Capell
Holder Properties is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Capell as Senior Property Manager. Scott is responsible for the property management of over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space located in Columbia, South Carolina. His responsibilities include negotiating service contracts, preparing and adhering to financial budgets, completing monthly financial reports as well as tenant relations. Scott brings over 24 years of facilities and property management experience to Holder Properties. He is a certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
