Homeless Helping Homeless presents "SILENT VOICES -Voices of Power"-a unique and inspirational evening of music, dance, spoken word, rap and more, presented by homeless artists, Thursday November 15, 2018, at Tapps, 1644 Main Street, Columbia, SC. Performances are based on life experiences of the homeless artists and show how we are more alike than we are different. Community artists contribute their talents.
