Hot tip: Bone-In Barbeque — The BullStreet District's eclectic southern cuisine restaurant — is now serving lunch every Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Along with the new lunch hours, chef Scott Hall has created a menu featuring specialties for the Saturday brunch crowd.
Bone-In Barbeque's new brunch menu offers dishes both sweet and savory, from the Saturday Morning Cartoon Plate featuring Fruity Pebbles™ pancakes, house bacon, cheesy eggs and seasonal fruit — to southern staples like Brisket Hash and Catfish & Grits. Lunch items like the Catfish Po'Boy made with crispy buttermilk fried catfish and house-made challah have also been added to the menu.
The new brunch specialties are accompanied by a list of tasty libations unique to Bone-In Barbeque. Guests can sip on a Brandy Alexander made with cereal-infused cream or stick to the classics with a Bloody Mary or Mimosa, with both original and seasonal offerings available.
Bone-In Barbeque is located at 2180 Boyce St. adjacent to Spirit Communications Park, home of the Columbia Fireflies. The casual, lively atmosphere is great for families, date night, a quick drink or weekend brunch with plenty of seating inside, at the bar and on the outdoor patio.
