Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd shareholder Elizabeth Black has been elected to the Richland Library Friends and Foundation Board of Trustees for a three-year term.
Richland Library has 12 locations throughout Richland County to serve the community through a variety of innovative and award-winning programs. “My family and I enjoy the many resources available to us at Richland Library, and I am excited and honored to serve in a way that can help expand access to knowledge and information for everyone in our community,” said Elizabeth. “I look forward to working with a great team who is already doing this important work.”
Elizabeth focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters, with experience trying these cases in courts and before arbitration panels. She represents plaintiffs and defendants involved in breach of contract disputes, corporate governance actions, antitrust and competition-based issues and business tort matters. Elizabeth is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Columbia.
