Hussey Gay Bell Expands Water/wastewater Division With The Hire Of Pierce

Columbia, SC – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the hire of Mr. Gene E. Pierce, PE. As a Senior Civil Engineer within the Columbia Water/Wastewater Division, he will plan, analyze, and design water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, water source development and wastewater treatment and disposal. In addition, Mr. Pierce will be responsible for the development of preliminary engineering and technical reports, engineering calculations, permitting, construction drawings and project specifications, as well as project management and client development. He has thirteen (13) years of demonstrated water and wastewater systems design and project management experience. Mr. Pierce obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is a registered engineer in South Carolina, Arkansas and Oklahoma. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Water Environment Association of SC.
