Assistant Superintendent Jared Jeffcoat onboarded with Mashburn in January 2018
Columbia, S.C.—Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce the hire of Jared Jeffcoat as an assistant superintendent.
Jared brings four years of construction experience with him to Mashburn. Jared’s A/E/C background is in home renovations; having previously owned and operated a residential renovation business.
In 2006, Jared received his bachelor’s degree in physical education and maintained a position on the University of South Carolina football team from 2003 until 2005. From 2007 until 2013 he held physical education coordinator positions in grammar schools, aftercare programs and for the South Carolina Department of Corrections. Jared also served three years as a specialist in the United States Army National Guard.
The firm is excited to add his fresh perspective to the team and foster his eagerness to play a pivotal role as part of a locally owned commercial construction team.
Jared’s first assignments are working within the company’s inceptive upfit division out of the Columbia headquarters office. At the turn of the new year, Mashburn added upfit services to the Mount Pleasant and Greenville branch offices to extend these resources to clients across the state.
