Katz Secures Footlocker’s First New Large Format Store in South Carolina
Charlotte, NC – Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, is pleased to announce that Footlocker’s latest concept has secured a 10-year lease in Columbia, South Carolina. The 15,593 SF freestanding location is slated to open in February 2020 at 7007 Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC, the space formerly occupied by Hines Furniture of Columbia. Julie Gardner, Principal of Katz & Associates, secured the site on behalf of Footlocker. The landlord was represented by Ansel Bunch from CBRE.

The store offers a wide range of footwear, apparel and accessories for men, women and kids along with such features as women’s shop-in-shop and Kids Footlocker. The concept is designed to combine Foot Locker, Kids Footlocker & Foot Action into one easy to shop format.
