LDJ Global Strategies recently acquired 500 Taylor Street, a 65,400-sq.-ft. office building in Downtown Columbia, and has since engaged CBRE for office leasing as well as project and property management. Located on the corner of Huger Street and Taylor Street, the property has excellent visibility and is ideally located Downtown with easy access to the area’s interstates.

CBRE’s Aaron Dupree and Marie Dieckmann will be spearheading leasing efforts at the building. Currently there is 50,000 sq. ft. of available office space for lease. LDJ Global Strategies will be making extensive interior and exterior capital improvements beginning early 2020.
