West Columbia, SC – Lexington Medical Center is pleased to welcome Kenneth J. DeLay Jr., MD, to the hospital’s network of car at Lexington Urology. Dr. DeLay joins the board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers at Lexington Urology to provide comprehensive urologic care and advanced treatments for urologic conditions, including robotic and minimally invasive surgery. The practice combines the most advanced medicine and state-of-the-art technology with compassionate care to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Board certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. DeLay is a member of the American Urological Association, the International Society of Sexual Medicine, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons. He most recently served as a staff urologist at Piedmont Healthcare in Columbus, Georgia. In addition to practicing general urology, he specializes in erectile dysfunction, penile prosthesis surgery, low testosterone, Peyronie’s disease, minimally invasive therapies for enlarged prostate, male infertility, vasectomy reversal and urethral reconstruction. He has also authored more than 40 research articles and presentations on urology disorders.
Dr. DeLay graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in Athens, with an undergraduate degree in cellular biology and earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He then completed a urology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk and a fellowship in male sexual dysfunction and infertility at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
