Lizard’s Thicket Offers Fully Cooked Turkeys and Pans of Fresh Side Dishes for Thanksgiving

Lizard’s Thicket, which has 15 restaurants in the Midlands and a location in Florence, S.C., will offer fully cooked turkeys and pans of fresh side dishes, vegetables and desserts for Thanksgiving 2018.

Turkeys and sides must be reserved in advance and are a great value designed to let families celebrate Thanksgiving without the fuss of cooking.

Turkeys, 12 – 14 pounds each, will be available for pickup at the Lizard’s Thicket Airport location (2240 Airport Blvd., West Columbia) on Wednesday, Nov. 21 for $64.99. Turkeys can be reserved by calling the Airport location at (803) 796-7820.

Pans of sides, vegetables and desserts are also available by reserving your choices at your closest Lizard’s Thicket restaurant 24 hours in advance. All sides feed approximately 20 people. Prices are as follows:

For $23.99:
Candied yams, collards, baby limas, potato salad, squash casserole, creamed corn, cole slaw, blackeyed peas, green beans, macaroni and cheese, carrot and raisin salad, cornbread dressing with giblet gravy.

For $17.99:
Mashed potatoes and gravy, rice and gravy.

Desserts:
Apple pie, pecan pie, chocolate meringue pie, sweet potato pie, lemon meringue pie, pound cake, blackberry cobbler, peach cobbler, carrot cake, chocolate cake and banana pudding are available for $12.99 - $23.99.

Gallons of sweet tea and lemonade are also available.

More: Though turkeys and sides must be reserved in advance, all Lizard’s Thicket locations open on Thanksgiving Day at 6 a.m. for breakfast and begin serving lunch, including turkey and dressing at 11 a.m. A plate consisting of a meat and three vegetable sides is available for $8.49. Lizard’s Thicket will close at 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
