March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction Set for November 1st
Culinary event kicks off Prematurity Awareness Month
(Columbia, SC, August 1, 2018) — One of Columbia South Carolina’s most popular culinary events, March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, will return for its 20th year on November 1, 2018. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Marriott in downtown Columbia.
Prominent area chefs will prepare their signature dishes created exclusively for this special evening of giving. Participating restaurants include: Saluda's, Cellar on Greene, Mr. Friendly's, Ristorante Divino, Il Giorgione, Size Matters BBQ Bus, Brookland Baptist Church, Main Street Bakery, Farm to Table Catering, Halls Chophouse, Silver Spoon Bakery, O'Hara’s Irish Pub Columbia Marriott, The War Mouth, Basil, Blue Marlin, and Motor Supply Co.
Signature Chefs Auction begins with a lively cocktail and tasting reception where guests bid on unique silent auction packages. The heart of evening follows with the competitive live auction featuring exciting culinary and travel experiences.
