(August 14, 2019) Columbia, SC – Boyer Commercial Construction, Inc. is proud to announce that Major Josh Greb has joined Boyer Construction as an Assistant Project Manager. Major Greb recently transitioned from Active Duty after serving 12+ years in the Marine Corps.
Brian Boyer, President of Boyer Commercial Construction, Inc., said “Josh is a gifted leader who represents the best of our nation’s military. We are excited to bring his leadership skills to our team. Veterans like Josh make our entire team and community better and we will be forever grateful for the sacrifices he and his family made serving our country over the past 12 years.”
Originally from Summerville, SC, Josh graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2007 and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Josh spent the majority of his career in the Marine Corps piloting the AH-1Z Viper attack helicopter. He deployed on multiple Marine Expeditionary Units participating in numerous Theater Security Cooperation efforts from the south Pacific to the Persian Gulf area of operations.
Being one of the first AH-1Z pilots in the Marine Corps, Josh was on the leading edge of the employment and tactical development of the nation’s newest attack helicopter. These skills and opportunities allowed Josh to be hand selected to instruct at the Marine Corps Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron in Yuma, Arizona where he was the AH-1 Division Head immediately prior to joining Boyer Construction. Josh will continue to serve our nation in the Marine Corps Reserves with HMLA-773 out of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
