Columbia, SC –December 21, 2021– Columbia Mayor Steve Benjamin presented the Key to the City to Matt Kennell, CEO & President of City Center Partnership at Columbia Rotary Club’s recent meeting.

“Under Matt’s leadership for 20 years, City Center Partnership has been key in attracting nearly one billion dollars in development downtown,” said Mayor Steve Benjamin. “His dedication to the Main Street District and the hard work of the men and women in the yellow shirts are a big reason for this tremendous growth. I am honored to present Matt with the key to the city.”
